The length of the belt is measured from the base of the buckle to the center hole of the belt. If you don't have the right size, you cut it to size. As it is natural leather, stretch marks, color and thickness may vary slightly, since each piece of leather has unique characteristics. This is not a defect but a feature of genuine leather.
